Sean Zigmund founded ZCS on a simple idea: make technology as simple as possible, within-budget, and delivered on-time to provide 100% customer satisifaction, knowledge, and the confidence to use technology wisely. Sean's experience is backed by industry leading certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, Citrix, Novell, and Linux, as well as a graduate of the State University of NY at Sullivan and Albany Universities with 25 years experience in the Information Technology industry working for and with Fortune 100 companies. He is a proud farm owner of Root 'N Roost Farm,with his wife, Cheyenne, owns and operates Zigmund Landscape and Construction, LLC, and is also a life-long musician who plays guitar, bass, drums, sax, and sings. Oh, he's also a happy father living the dream in the Town of Liberty, NY.
Kai Brothers joined ZCS in December of 2018 and brings over two decades of project management and production supervision experience in the fields of entertainment and special events. Kai's entrepreneurial background spanning both coasts adds key components to the business acumen of a growing tech company in a small community. As Project Manager and Business Liaison, Kai oversees the direct relationships with our customers and implements planning, timeline, roll-out, and support guidelines to best meet the needs of the customer in all of our work. Kai owns and operates Channery Hill Farm with his wife, Jen, and is also the Project Manager for Zigmund Landscape and Construction Services, LLC. In his free time he tries to sleep.

Vinny Bonnano
Field Engineer

Vinny Bonanno joins ZCS with a background in electrical, wiring, cabling, wired and wireless networking, MAC and PC computing, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Vinny is a Certified Fiber Optic Installer holding the ETA and TFS Certification. He also has the pleasure of working with Kai and Sean in Zigmund Landscape and Construction LLC, bringing all of his talents to every customer in each of the businesses Sean owns and operates.
From running network wiring, to wireless to small home computer repairs, to large scale networks with hundreds or thousands of computers and servers connected to the cloud, ZCS covers the entire spectrum of computer and network technology: Windows, MAC, Linux, PC/Server, Virtualization, Printing/Document Imaging/Scanning/Fax, Internet/Networking/Wifi/Security, Scripting, Client/Server applications, database, email (onsite/offisite/hosted/cloud), and the list goes on and on.
